Marshalls University College published a notice concerning a preliminary virtual meeting on the proposed reorganisation of Meridian-Marshalls Holdings Limited (MMH) and the implications of that reorganisation for its listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
The meeting was scheduled for Thursday, 4 June 2026 at 7:00 p.m. on a virtual meeting platform. The notice identified representatives from Fincaps Co. Ltd and VT Consult among the participants, alongside MMH leadership and management.
The agenda covered the proposed reorganisation, the restructuring procedure, implications for the Ghana Stock Exchange listing, governance and ownership considerations, as well as questions and discussion.
