Marshalls Fashion School announced a partnership with the European Union, GIZ acting on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the Government of Ghana under the Joint Action on Jobs, Migration and Development project.
As part of the initiative, Bernice Adu, a luxury and fashion marketing specialist, was scheduled to work with the Fashion School from 3 to 29 April 2025. Her professional background includes luxury retail management, brand strategy and customer experience.
The collaboration was designed to give students and faculty access to practical industry knowledge in luxury retail, brand development, customer relations, sales performance and team leadership.
Marshalls presented the engagement as an example of how diaspora expertise can strengthen local education, expand professional networks and contribute to the development of Ghana’s fashion industry.
