Microsoft, KAMK and Marshalls Revolutionise Careers Through Skills for Jobs

Marshalls University College partnered with Microsoft and Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK) in Finland to deliver Skills for Jobs pathways aimed at building globally relevant digital capabilities.

The published programme structure includes specialist tracks in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Microsoft Power Platform. Each pathway is designed as a short, focused route to recognised technical certification and practical job readiness.

The initiative combines Microsoft’s global digital-skills ecosystem with KAMK’s academic framework and Marshalls’ local delivery. The university positioned the programme as a bridge between education and employment, including opportunities for remote work and international career development.

The partnership reflects Marshalls’ focus on technology-enabled learning and its ambition to give students access to skills that remain relevant in an increasingly AI-driven global economy.
