Dr. Tetteh Nettey is a renowned Ghanaian educationist, entrepreneur, and consultant whose work spans higher education, security intelligence, and banking formation. He is the Founder and President of Meridian Pre-University and Marshalls University College in Accra, two pioneering institutions that have transformed access to tertiary education in Ghana.

Through his vision, the pre-university concept was introduced in 2007, giving students alternative pathways to university education. A lifelong learner, Dr. Nettey holds a Doctorate in Management, a Master’s in Entrepreneurship, and a BSc in Human Resource Management.

He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from GIMPA and is currently preparing to pursue his Professional Law Qualification.

As Chairman of Meridian-Marshalls Holdings Limited, the first educational group to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (2015), Dr. Nettey continues to merge education, enterprise, and innovation.
